We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, thanks to the support and helpfulness of the entire team. From check-in to departure, everyone was attentive and ensured we had a great experience. A special thank you to Kelia Correira for going above and beyond to help us catch our flight to another island. She was incredibly attentive, genuinely concerned about our situation, and did everything possible to assist us, even arranging a last-minute taxi. Her patience and dedication made all the difference, and we truly appreciate it. Additionally, the restaurant exceeded our expectations—the food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant.

poor poor poor customer service. their hot water system is trash but then again that might just be the country itself. great location however, restaurant below par, horrible service, nothing on the menu. poor island.

Oh MY GOD. DO NOT GO TO THEIR RESTAURANT in the back. NO NO NO. Listen you mean to tell me your restaurant had only one COOK. This is during the LARGEST FESTIVAL which is CARNIVAL. and you had one COOK only. How is this possible? We waited over 3 hours for our order. after 3 hours we decided to walk away. There are two girls working in the lobby. please tell them to smile more. they're no help at all. THERE'S NO HOT WATER.

Que dire ? Hôtel vieillissant avec de gros doutes sur les normes.. climatisation en panne ds notre chambre… branchement wifi plus que douteux et qui ne fonctionne pas ds la chambre. Coffre fort non opérationnel. Bouton poussoir des wc qui reste bloqué. Porte de douche cassée et qui ne ferme pas et pour finir…. Des bruits de canalisation d eau toutes les nuits . Pour avoir séjourné dans d autres hôtels dans les environs, Ce n est absolument pas un 4 étoiles local. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit et vais d ailleurs contacter mon agence de voyage pour leur faire part de mon mécontentement.

Fuyez cet hôtel, c est une honte , propreté douteuse, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de lumière dans les escaliers, repas du soir unique et froid, 1 dessert mousse chocolat très mauvaise et quand on est allergique aucune possibilité d avoir autre chose, et j en passe....et en plus 4 étoiles c est une escroquerie

Hotel molto centrale, comodo e vicino al cuore della cittá. Struttura datata con qualche carenza di manutenzione che lo renderebbe piú confortevole, come la terrazza e la piscina. Personale della reception gentilissimo presente h 24. Colazione internazionale nella norma con frutta fresca a km zero.
